Where've you been all my life?

I'm way bad at remembering to write in this thing, although I do read other people's blogs quite reguarly. I just don't feel like my life is interesting enough, heh. Weird to think about how I used to write in my LiveJournal all the time back in high school. But here are a few updates:

- Job is going well, a little slow right now. Just need to hit the streets and be patient and persistent and everything else will come around. We just had a pretty successful BFD and now I need to start selling for Freakers Ball, which is a Halloween themed show and I can't say the line-up because it's not confirmed yet. But it will be good and I have a ton of prospects I'd like to sell into it. More on that as October 23rd approaches. Side note- my boss moved our sales meeting to Jake's Hamburgers to drink instead of in our conference room. Woohoo.

- Busy months coming up!! I'm going to Houston this weekend to celebrate my friend Richards birthday. He's having a party at Ei8ht in the Heights with bottle service and the such. I'm way excited to wear the new dress I bought but a little nervous because I TOTALLY don't fit into that scene. Oh well I'm there to see him not anyone else... :)

- Panama City Beach in a week and a half with my lovelies! I can't wait to see Kendall in Lafayette on the way there and then spend 5 days drinking and laying out. I haven't had a real vacation in God knows how long. It makes me a little nervous to be away from the office for that long (3 days) but hopefully it won't have too bad of an impact.

Going to PBC with her in 1.5 weeks!

- Cowboys home opener is September 20 against the Giants and Richard and his friend are coming back up here to go to that with me and Sara. TCU/Texas State is the night before so I'm looking forward to one awesome weekend even if I don't really care for football...

I should probably get back to work, I'll update later (and by later I mean around Christmas time... only partially kidding). Funny side note: they might block FB at work because someone wrote "bored" on their status at effing 10:45 in the morning. What an idiot.
